RIFF 2026 – Guidelines for Participants Rajagiri International Film Festival – Second Edition 13, 14 & 15 October 2026 Dear Participants, Welcome to RIFF 2026 – Rajagiri International Film Festival, organized by the Department of Animation & Graphic Design, Rajagiri College of Management and Applied Sciences, in association with RAGA (Rajagiri Association of Graphic Arts) and MACTA (Malayalam Cine Technicians Association). All participants are requested to follow these guidelines: 1. Participants are requested to complete the registration process before attending the festival. 2. Please report at the designated venue on time and follow the schedule communicated by the organizing team. 3. Participants are expected to maintain discipline and decorum throughout the festival. 4. Please follow the instructions of the organizers, coordinators, and volunteers at all times. 5. Participants are requested to respect filmmakers, speakers, guests, fellow participants, and the festival team. 6. During film screenings and sessions, participants are requested to maintain silence and avoid disturbing others. 7. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in screenings, discussions, and other festival activities. 8. Please maintain the cleanliness of the campus and festival venues. 9. Participants should ensure that their attendance/participation is duly recorded as instructed by the organizing team. 10. Any matter not covered under these guidelines will be decided by the RIFF 2026 Organizing Committee. 11. Punctuality is strictly requested. Participants are requested to arrive at the venue at the scheduled time. All film screenings will commence strictly as scheduled time and will not be delayed for latecomers. Participants arriving late will be responsible for any inconvenience or missed portion of the screening/programme, and the RIFF Organizing Committee will not be responsible for the same.
